Candy Extrusion and Forming line
The candy extrusion and forming line is designed for automatic production of spherical candies through portioning and rolling of nougat and other plastic food masses. An optional filling station allows manufacturing candies with various fillings and shapes.
Main Components of the Line:
Extruder — forms a continuous rope of product with the required diameter.
Rope Cutting Unit with Conveyor and Lubrication System — ensures precise cutting of the product into sections. The cut length is set from the operator panel. Includes a conveyor for receiving and outputting the product.
Belt Conveyor — transfers the rope from the extruder to the cutting unit and then to the forming rollers.
Forming (Rolling) Machine with Servo Drives — shapes candies into spherical forms. Rollers are equipped with a lubrication system to prevent sticking. Quick-release rollers allow easy cleaning. The machine operates automatically and synchronizes via sensors.
Discharge Conveyor — moves the formed candies to the next processing unit (e.g., glazing machine).
