Sickle lobe pump
The updated pump model is designed for transferring viscous, sticky, and stretchy food products, as well as fillings with small inclusions (nuts, peanuts, freeze-dried fruits, etc.), where it is important to preserve product structure as much as possible.
The Sickle-shaped lobes ensure gentle gripping and transportation without sharp shear forces. As a result, the product does not separate, is not damaged, and retains its homogeneity, texture, and appearance.
The working chamber design minimizes product build-up and dead zones, simplifying sanitation and reducing downtime for cleaning. All materials in contact with the product comply with food hygiene requirements.
The pump easily integrates into production lines for preparing glazes and fillings and provides stable, controlled product delivery to subsequent technological stages.
