KO 500 Equipment Complex for Glaze Preparation
 
                    The KO 500 equipment complex is designed for industrial production of confectionery glaze, chocolate and fat-based fillings, as well as for preparing waffle batter. The equipment ensures a uniform product structure, stable viscosity, and high-quality final mass that meets the requirements of modern confectionery production. It works efficiently with various types of raw materials, including cocoa products, powdered sugar, oils, and fats, providing even mixing and consistent end-product quality.
The complex is an optimal solution for medium and large confectionery enterprises. Thanks to process automation and convenient control, the equipment can be easily integrated into existing production lines.
The complex includes a ball mill, mixer for intensive ingredient mixing, product feed pump, pipeline, and control cabinet with automation. If needed, it can be equipped with additional modules such as storage tanks for glaze and fat, a fat melter, an additional pump, and an extended piping system.
