Automatic wafer production line

The line is manufactured according to the customer's specifications. All elements in contact with the product are made of stainless steel and materials approved for the food industry. Control over the operation of all line components is carried out by a controller-based system. Components are designed in a way that ensures an easy access to the machine nods which simplifies maintenance.

The basic equipment of the line includes:

• Wafer sheets cooler
• Contact type machine for wafer blocks formation
• Tower type wafer blocks cooler
• Machine for wafer blocks cutting
• Control cabinet with touch screen operator panel
